Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on location.

Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Refunds & Cancellations
At Harvestry, we ensure the highest quality standards for all our products. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need assistance with returns or cancellations.
1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Refunds / Returns

Due to the nature of food and wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

Refunds will only be processed if:

You receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order details sent to support@harvestry.in.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Products purchased during sale periods or with discount codes are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
